Vine Lodge Lane is a new residential precinct in Exeter, sitting between the heritage listed Vine Lodge House and Exeter Park. This project has been brewing since the early 2000s. The family have owned Vine Lodge for decades and are determined to create a precinct with an overarching design language that celebrates the site, that retains the rural character of the Vine Lodge heritage item and its relationship with the Exeter Village.
New homes will be a contemporary interpretation of the rural vernacular form. The outbuildings surrounding the Vine Lodge house provide a model for new homes, narrow gabled pavilions arranged in clusters. The first homes have been designed by renown heritage architects Architectural Projects, Jennifer Hill and Gary O’Reilly have a long term connection to Vine Lodge and a deep understanding of its heritage significance. Two of these designs are currently under construction by local premium builders Waratah. Another exciting home designed by award winning architect Tina Tziallas is awaiting council approval.
We are not selling vacant land at this stage.
